    This Policy applies as between you, the User of this site (www.medicinternational.co.uk) and Medic International Limited (“Anaesthetists Agency”), the owner and provider of this site. The Policy applies to Anaesthetists Agency’s use of any and all Data collected by Medic International in relation to your use of the site and any Services or Systems therein.

    For the purpose of the Data Protection Laws, the Data Controller is Medic International Limited. Our nominated representative for the purpose of the Data Protection Laws is Kara Seddon.
    Useful definitions

    “Cookie” means a small text file saved to the User’s hard drive by Medic International that tracks, saves and stores information about a User and their interaction/use of the site. This allows Medic International to identify recurring visitors and analyse browsing habits and helps to tailor the support we can provide to Users.

If you are a candidate we will also ask for details of the kind of work you are looking for and your preferred work location. You can also decide to upload a CV, cover letter, personal statement or other similar document or information. We will keep that information in line with our retention policy. The retention policy is available on request.

    • Details of your visits to the Anaesthetists Agency’ site – including traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.
    • IP Address (automatically collected – see below).
    • Web browser type and version (automatically collected – see below).
    • Operating system (automatically collected – see below).
    • A list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on this site and the site you exit to (automatically collected – see below).

    Document Security

Medic International will always strive to protect your Data to the best of its abilities but any transmission is at your own risk. However, once we have your Data it will be stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Laws and we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and management procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected online.

    You have the right to opt out of marketing information at any point. We provide the option on the website and on all relevant pieces of marketing communication sent.
